 |
Linda is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, partnering her degree in education, life experiences, and passion for health and wellness by becoming a board certified Health Coach and Holistic Nutritionist. Through her certification process, she was able to study over 100 different dietary theories, studying with Deepak Chopra, Andrew Weil, Paul Pitchford, Mark Hyman, and many other skilled health practitioners. Having gone through her own personal transformations, and embracing healthier living while witnessing the harsh effects that poor eating habits have held on her own family she came to know that she needed to be a part of the change to help people live longer, healthier, and happier lives. While open to working with anyone who wants to create positive change in their lives, she specializes in working with women who are struggling with weight issues and emotional eating and youth who want to learn about healthier eating habits and how their food influences their mood, energy, study habits, and more. |
