Reiki, a Japanese energy-based therapy, is founded on the belief that the application of an external energy source can alter a person’s
individual internal bioenergy  creating a biochemical response that promotes healing. In Reiki, the healing energy flows from a practitioner

                                                                                        MIND BODY THERAPIES

Aromatherapy has evolved from Ayurveda, an ancient Indian practice based on the belief that the body, mind, and spirit are interconnected and that health is a state of physical,
emotional, and spiritual harmony.  Essential oils, derived from plants, are used to promote physical relaxation and emotional well-being. Essential oils are free of chemical
additives. They are applied directly to the skin in diluted form or by inhalation.  It is important to note that the oils should never be taken orally. Aromatherapy is commonly
used as an adjunct to massage and sometimes as a compliment to Restorative Yoga. The oils can be used individually or in blends to create a desired effect.
